I’ve discovered a great tool to manage my breathing_time project: Trello. It’s a free on-line tool for managing tasks. It’s really easy to work with and it has greatly cleared my head in 30 minutes. You just create a board for a project. Add a list (project part) and fill that list with tasks (cards). You can add parameters to every card/task such as due date, sub tasks in a list, comments and even upload files. So it’s great to generate an overview of all that has to be done. At the same time it can serve as sketchbook to quickly jot down ideas and later look into them in more detail.
